Project 35, in collaboration with Nick Coombe, are developing proposals for a new spa centre in a rural Kent context.

The design engages with a series of existing brick and flint agricultural buildings to form a series of courtyards and light-filled treatment rooms, promoting well-being in relation to sustainability.
